Our Refund Policy
A&B Designer
Our refund policy lasts for 2 days from the date the design was purchased. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the service.
Refund processing time
After you request a refund, if you are eligible for a refund within the specified period, the service amount will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 21 business days.
Returns
Returns cannot be made in the following cases:
The return request was submitted outside of the specified time frame of 2 days from the date of purchase.
You access or open any design during the subscription period.
Cancel Subscription
“If you request to cancel your purchase 48 hours before payment, we will cancel the order and return the amount and you will not be able to access your designs, and they will be deleted after 15 days.”
